Can I convert a COD order into a prepaid order?
No, a COD order cannot be converted into a prepaid order through the NimbusPost platform. Once a shipment has been created, order details cannot be modified.
If you need to make changes to an order, you must do so before creating the shipment. Alternatively, you can cancel the order and create a new one with the correct details.
